    Trained by Michelin Star Chef Jörg Müller on the Island Sylt.

    This was followed by the renowned Dorchester Hotel in London as well as cruise ships and private yachts of the finest category.

    On the MS Europa (according to the Berlitz Cruise Guide the “best cruise ship in the world”) it was he who co-founded the legendary reputation of the affiliated restaurants as the first gourmet address at sea.

    The star restaurants taught him excellence,

    the cruise ship efficiency and his ten years of experience as a restaurateur and caterer management quality and controlling.

    Jörg Müller is a certified lead auditor for food safety management systems according to ISO 22000: 2005 as well as a certified HACCP and hygiene officer and responsible for the highest standards in quality assurance, kitchen technology, logistics and culinary art.
